Cancellation & Return Policy

 

  1. Order Cancellation:   - Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order.

   - To cancel an order, customers must contact our customer support team via email at Hello@hawkeye.ae or cancel from the website.

   - Cancellations made after the 24-hour window may not be guaranteed.


  1. Refund Process:

   - If the cancellation is approved within the specified time frame, a full refund will be initiated.

   - The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

  - Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.


Return Policy:


  1. Return Eligibility:

   - Customers can return products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

   - To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


  1. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.

   - Once authorized, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product.

   - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.


  1. Refund or Exchange:

   - Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it for compliance with the return policy.

   - If eligible, customers can choose between a refund to the original payment method or an exchange for another product of equal value.


  1. Refund Timeline:

   - Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.


  1. Non-Returnable Items:

   - FRSH reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above guidelines.

   - Any promotional items or gifts received with the purchase must also be returned if the original product is returned.
